I actually was thinking Carolina could win this game straight up because they don't have much in the QB dept (at least experience).  I am going to try and play it safe and go with Carolina +9 and Philly 0 in a teaser

Andy Dalton vs Cam Newton.  And it goes downhill from there.  Cincy's scored 10 points in two weeks.  Panthers have 30.  So, if you add up two weeks,  they cover this week's total by less than a TD.

Yes, I think both teams are motivated this week after poor showings, but they just don't have the horses of offense.  That means motivation leads to a defensive game.
