Really mony you don't think Flacco is still playing with something to prove? Nobody thinks he is in the elite qb category even after winning the Super Bowl and tonight the stage is all his against an established elite qb. ok guys i hactually did do a little home work! Peyton Manning is 9-3 in his career against Baltimore. 2 losses where early in his career. We all know last loss was in playoffs last year while Flacco was SMOKING HOT! the AVG. Margin of victory Manning aganist Baltimore is Manning 26.6- Baltimore 18.Alot of the games where not even close! the 3 losses alone Baltimore scored 38 pts, 38 pts, 39 pts. Im going to play a sick amount on Denver, Im buying hook!

No way richie. high school perhaps college level player would but no way a seasoned ,experienced pro QB would focus on such a thing with greater team concerns dealing with loss of many star players.
by the way season has long way to go ! can you seriously imagine flacco possibly jeopardizing season with a chip on his shoulder on a non divisional road game that has no dire meaning ? and have you noticed how many defending champs come out flat !? Chip on shoulder ? no way !

Give me the Ravens, still have a solid front 7 and Harbaugh will have em' ready.  I see ball control for Baltimore with the Broncs missing some key pieces on D.  Peyton is always tough but he'll be pressured in situations tonight.  Also a lean on the under but for now, I'm taking the dog.

The line movement is scary. Why did they open at 9 putting the superbowll champs as huge underdog?
Public moved the line to 7.5 but not under a TD ... so someone with $$ is still thinking DEN
Lots of new players on BAL this year, esp on def,  Lewis Reed, Birk Ellerbe Kruger etc all gone.

Hey Mony, I don't think playing with a chip on your shoulder means playing selfish or anything like that, I think it means playing hard and staying focused. Also I think people will be surprised that Balts D will actually be more athletic this year than last
