Does anyone have any ideas why this spread is so low? ATL should mop the floor with the Vikings! I'm actually considering adding points for ATL cover so I can really get paid!

How farfetched is this. Packers win, Bears lose, Lions lose and Vikings win.. and now we got a 4 way tie in the NFC North?!

Vikes leader on D, Greenway is out.   on field defensive adjustments could be shoddy

Lots of good points in this thread. The biggest one for me might be Greenway out for the Vikes. because if S-Jax is allowed to even get a sniff of daylight, and a little something going early, with this high flying offense, it's going to be a looooooong game for the Purple People Eaters.....

Plus, Vikes offense was intended to be Cassel's, a true pocket guy. Bridgewater's more of one of those read/option rushing QB's like Kapernick or Cam, and that's a whole different playbook. With just 5 days or so practice time, that offense might not be as up to speed as they should be. A missed route here, and a pick there, and you're done.....

3 points does seem oddly low, but I'm not getting that same trap vibe like I am with the Jets.

don't know what to expect when rookie QB's make their first start.. they don't have much weapons on offense now only Greg Jennings and Patterson... but I think Vikings will still play tough at home and make Matty Ice work for the victory. just can't see this game being a blow out...

Atlanta maybe wins by 4 or 6. Is Minnesota's homefield on open stadium grass? I know the Metrodome is gone now just wondering...

 

Minn played very well LW at one of or maybe the toughest places to play in the nfl and should have covered or possibly won S/U with a backup rookie QB and an ineffective 1 armed ML. (i had NO LY + was SOOOO lucky... TY Captain)

With a week of spoonge absorbing rookie QB reps. and a better D. vs that Falcon pourous Off. line.... Minny may surprise.

You guys are really over thinking this game. Atl defense is coming around. They got away from the 3-4 last week and went with the 4-3 which is more suited to their personnel. They have played Drew Brees, a really good Bengals team and demolished Tampa. I don't think we know what they are on D right now to say they suck. We already know about their O. Over think if you want… ATL LARGE they are the better team.
