It certainly is. slim right on it. Don Jr set up by the Deep State. Evidently met with Barrack's Russian ambassador 8 days after the Don Jr meeting. Great article from one of the only trusted media outlets. infowars.com

You people are all pieces of work. "All media is full of sh#t and not to be trusted....except for this other media that I trust unconditionally." You're no different than the people who watch CNN 24/7 and hang on their every word. All media is half if not completely full of sh#t. It's all agenda based, including infowars. I'm not completely knocking Alex Jones. There's a fair amount truth in some of his stuff and if you completely discount it you really do have your head in the sand. The point i'm making is there is atleast some truth in most media....but you have to take it all with a grain of salt. You people with this "mainstream media" "alternative, fringe media" talk sound just like the folks who like to talk about "sharp" and "square" plays. "You picked the Patriots? That's a square play! Blah, blah, blah. So and so is the sharp play." I like to tell these people, there's no such thing as sharp and square. Just winners and losers. And some times the square bet is the winner. It's the same with the media. Sometimes CNN is spot on, sometime it's infowars, or breitbart, or whatever. The question is can you think for yourself? Can you do your own capping or are you blindly following covers experts, figuratively? Most of you on this site, whether in sports or in politics, are followers.

Ok Stump. I hear ya. Betting against Brady could be bad for the wallet. Sharp or square. The ending to my post was sarcasm. My 2 question are.  Where 'should' people go to get news and who 'should' we believe?

They didn’t just talk to Russians or other foreign governments and foreign leaders. They accepted massive bribes, disguised as “charitable donations.” This happened while Hillary was secretary of state.

Tony Podesta, brother of Hillary’s national presidential campaign manager John Podesta, is a super lobbyist who took huge money from the Russians in order to end U.S. government sanctions against Sberbank, Russia’s largest bank. Not only did the brother of Hillary’s campaign manager take huge money from the Russians to represent a foreign government’s biggest bank, but his firm accepted more than $24 million in fees in 2016, much of it from foreign governments. That’s really treason!

There are many more instances of “donations” traded for access to the U.S. secretary of state. But none of them beats the $145 million received by the Clinton Foundation in return for Secretary of State Clinton selling 20 percent of the U.S. uranium stock to The Russians.

If what Trump and Jr. did merits an investigation, what is the significance of the Clinton Foundation accepting $145 million from the Russians, while Hillary was secretary of state and being lobbied by these same people to sell off America’s valuable resources? Or Hillary’s campaign manager’s brother, lobbying on behalf of Russia’s biggest bank while his brother runs her campaign for president?

Go everywhere for your news but believe only your own heart. The people who say CNN is complete b.s. have a screw loose. As an entity, CNN is extremely biased and agenda based but if you think everything they say is a lie then you're crazy. Likewise if you believe Alex Jones is a complete nutjob then you're just as crazy and have probably never really given his stuff a chance. 'Loose Change' blew minds when it came out, on the left and the right. There are people who believe in it whole heartedly but have never made the connection to Jones. You just have to keep and open mind. And open ears. You have to take it all in, take it all with a grain of salt, but take it all in and form your own conclusions. The problem with many people is they think just because the hang on the every word of a media source outside of the "mainstream" that constitutes forming your own opinions and conclusions. It doesn't.

OK, then take it from this left leaning Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz ," that there is no "crime" in Donald Trump Jr.'s meeting last year with a Russian lawyer:

"You are allowed legally to use material that was obtained illegally, as long as you had nothing to do with the illegal nature of obtaining the information.

"So, at the moment, I see no legal jeopardy for Trump Jr.," Dershowitz concluded...'I Don't See a Crime' With Don Jr.,,,

That's right Alan just another  "Nothing Slider"..........

George Washington University Law School professor Jonathan Turley is telling CBS News that the idea that the meeting might be in violation of campaign finance laws "truly otherworldly."..

He added that there has been "no case in history" that has considered information "a thing of value," and if it were, "any journalist would be in violation of federal law.

So ,tells us Darkhorse, what exactly did the Russian Lawyer give Donald Trump Jr...?

Even Dershowitz said "at the moment". Guess time will tell.

As for information having value, that will be up to a judge to determine ,no?

I see where many in here are looking for proof of wrong doing & the facts to support it. I know one thing. Our President is not very intelligent, exaggerates, is ignorant & is a liar. He consistently undermines & contradicts his staff. Here are just two of the most recent examples

TRUMP tweet: "When I left Conference Room for short meetings with Japan and other countries, I asked Ivanka to hold seat. Very standard.”

Source: Twitter

In fact: There is no recent precedent, perhaps any precedent, for the president asking his child to sit in for him at a meeting of world leaders. The decision would not even have been “standard” if Ivanka Trump was a mere White House adviser and not also his daughter.

Here's another:

TRUMP: “Questions were asked about why the CIA & FBI had to ask the DNC 13 times for their SERVER, and were rejected…”

Source: Twitter

In fact: The FBI, not the CIA, requested access to Democratic National Committee servers to investigate alleged Russian hacking. (It is not clear where Trump got his “13 times” figure.)

“Sanctions were not discussed at my meeting with President Putin. Nothing will be done until the Ukrainian & Syrian problems are solved!”

Source: Twitter

In fact: Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, who was in the meeting, and Trump deputy press secretary Sarah Sanders both said sanctions were discussed. “I do know that it was mentioned,” Sanders said on Monday, the day after Trump’s Sunday denial on Twitter. “Specifically, when you ask about sanctions I know there is a little bit of a question there, and there were sanctions specific to election meddling that I believe were discussed, but not beyond that.”

"Everyone here is talking about why John Podesta refused to give the DNC server to the FBI and the CIA. Disgraceful!"

Source: Twitter

In fact: There is no evidence that anyone other than Trump himself was talking about former Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta at the G-20 meeting. Trump aides did not respond to Washington Post requests to identify anyone else who was talking about Podesta, and the Daily Beast reported that aides were baffled by the tweet – one saying, “I have no idea what he's talking about.” Also, Podesta did not work for the DNC and was not involved in the decision to rebuff the FBI's request for access. In addition, it was only the FBI that requested access, according to various media reports, not the CIA as well.

In Fact:

German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Saturday defended President Trump’s daughter Ivanka for briefly sitting in for her father during a Group of 20 summit meeting in Germany.

Merkel, who served as the host leader of this year's summit, said at a news conference that it was up to individual nations to decide who represented them, Bloomberg reported.

"The delegations themselves decide, should the president not be present for a meeting, who will then take over and sit in the chair,” Merkel said, according to the report.

“Ivanka Trump was part and parcel of the American delegation, so that is something that other delegations also do. It’s very well known that she works at the White House and is also engaged in certain initiatives."
