Ukrainians have been asking for the HIMARS for weeks, they got four of them from U.S. now. The range of these HIMARS believed to be downgraded from 300 km to 80 km but still at least double current Ukrainian artillery firing range.

The ruble is outperforming the dollar. 

I’m curious what the dollar’s share of global foreign-exchange reserves are right now. It was on a 2 decade decline from over 70% in 2000 to 58% in q4 2021. 

I don’t think any of this proxy war with Russia is going very well for the US. 

Please tell me how the US taxpayer is going to benefit from the proxy war in general and how US tax dollars are going to good use. 

Joe Biden’s proxy war has crushed the average Americans wallet. Oil has gone way up and food has skyrocketed. 

Meanwhile the ruble is at its highest point in 7 years against the dollar and is going parabolic against the Euro. And the current rate of Russian revenue is unprecedented.

Absolutely. The Liberals all have gotten on board this cause and do not care how it affects their folks at all.  They have drummed up support for this just like they did for all of the extreme Wuhan Flu policies and do not think about the effect of their policies.  It is like they have successfully brainwashed enough people to make what they want to do seem reasonable.  
People no longer seem capable of critical thinking.  They just go along with the talking points and absolutely go against whatever the other side suggests, no matter what.  
Instead of ‘hurting Putin and his regime’ they have made him more hardheaded.  They have probably caused this to be dragged out and for Russia to make even more money.  
The Left will never learn that sanctions do not work.  
Instead, they want to try to confiscate rich Russians stuff, thinking that will influence Putin. It did not work.  Banning a Russian chess player form the Candidates Match, not allowing other Russian athletes to compete in events — these are the avenues the wackos support.  
So, they sent more money to Ukraine.  Why?  What is it really doing?  Nothing.  It is hurting the  USA and its economy way more than it is helping  Ukraine.  There are things besides just economic factors they should look at.  These will have longterm affects on their own country.  They do not care and will not admit they were wrong the whole time on this.  

So sanctions are only a tool used when a DEM is in charge? And all those who are making decisions are LEFT only, especially with regards to the military leadership?

Saudi Arabia reduced their UST holdings by 37% over two years.

Japan has sold ~$100 billion worth of UST to defend the Yen.

China's holdings are at their lowest point since 2010.

Wallstreetcappers is right.  Republicans and democrats in congress support helping Ukraine.  Lesson from world war II is that europe is integral to US security.  If a bully isn't resisted, there is high risk of the conflict escalating beyond.  So this war is more than just about Russia and Ukraine.

Norway announced on Wednesday that it would donate three multiple-launch rocket systems to Ukraine, following similar decision made by the United States.

The donation is made possible by a close cooperation between Norway and the United Kingdom, Norwegian Defense Minister Bjørn Arild Gram said in a statement.

"We must continue our support so the Ukrainians can continue their fight for freedom and independence," the minister added.
