A handful of countries have enough Nuclear weapons to erase the entire earth (both you, some in Europe, some in the Middle East and some in Asia - so no matter how ww3 turns out and who teams up with who - it is the entire earth existence that is at stakes !) - you don’t really need anymore than that ! - it is like saying a guy with 2 bullets in the gun is stronger than the guy with 1 - but if they are good enough at hitting - it only takes 1 to kill you - so do you really need 2 ?
Nuclear weapons is not a sign of strength - it is used to scare people from attacking - everyone knows that in a nuclear war everyone would lose - including you ( that is also why you haven’t used them or considered using them after so many countries have them)

I said Xi in my first response - that is a name - if you want to find the most powerful man and your argument is nuclear weapons - you can just pick whatever country that is a dictatorship and who has nukes - cause then they are the most powerful guys - their nukes is as good as yours and they don’t need to ask for anyone’s permission to use them - if you are talking about who control the strongest military atm and you take nukes out of the equation - then sure that would be Trump - but that doesn’t make you the leader of the “free world” by default - we just follow along cause we have no reason to oppose you - you will die from within
