Pew research poll reveals global opinion of US has worsened under Trump administration.  Most people in other countries have no confidence Trump would do the right thing.  They see him as a dangerous, arrogant strong man not to be trusted.  Dishonest, unqualified, non-diplomatic and unable to understand complex problems.   Especially in Mexico, Canada and Europe.  Exceptions are Nigeria, Israel and Hungary.

Peaceful protests have mostly prevailed through out the day across the country. Not giving Trump administration excuses to deploy national guard and Marines is crucial and successful, Fubah.

There are two kinds of respect: one based on fear and the other on love. For example, you may respect a teacher who is nice to you, or you may fear a teacher who beats you for the slightest thing. You might wait in the shadows for death to fall upon the latter (that is how much respect you got). The form of respect you have as a country has just transformed from one kind to the other. And it has nothing to do with a stupid military parade - if anyone is scared of you it is only because you have nuclear weapons and an idiotic toddler in charge - not because you can show 50 helicopters and a bunch of guys marching

Btw I have tried searching a lot of international medias right now - that parade is almost some rogue shit (none have seen) are you sure it was as big a success as Trump land want you to believe? Sure as hell don't seem like it - seems more like a private birthday he threw off there with so many free seats and so few attending (they write more about something called "No kings day" in those articles mentioning the parade)

No country engaged in war against the US under Obama and Biden.  However US has military operations in various countries. Presidents usually have no control over foreign wars started by other countries against neighbors.

He has been in power for 5-6 months (even though it feels like 20 years with all the crap he has accomplished) and Israel and Iran has started under him - Israel versus Gaza has become worse under him - Ukraine versus Russia has become worse under him - that is a pretty bad track record in my book - that he is too much of a p.ussy to take a stance is hardly an accomplishment - the TACO nickname is atleast well deserved in every walk of life

He will have no legacy at all - none cares about him internationally (apart from now when he is the acting president) he will not have accomplished anything when his 4 years is up - so why should we remember him ? - I can only remember Biden obviously (but he will also be forgotten) - Obama, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Clinton, Nixon, Bush and Lincoln - I couldn’t mention anyone else even if you hold a pistol to my head - Trump will be forgotten like the rest I didn’t mention - and in 100 years no American will believe all the crap Trump has done to your country - so maybe he won’t even be mentioned in those history books over there - I could easily see them write him out of your history
