     hits yet another record low

Trump's approval rating has fallen to yet another low
since his return to the White House, according to a
new Economist/YouGov poll, which also found that
just 1 in 3 Americans approve of his job performance. 

The survey, released Aug. 11, found that only 33%
of Americans approve of Trump's performance,
down 3 percentage points from the previous week.

This marks the lowest approval rating trump has seen
in YouGov tracking since he returned to office in 2025.

Iran promised to retaliate against expanded U.S. economic sanctions that the Americans said would cut off Iran's economic lifeline, with Tehran expressing confidence that major trading partners would resist Washington's pressure campaign.

With munitions supply low, Trump resorts to economic sanctions again.  Uncertain this would work because Iran already survived years of economic sanctions and many countries are unlikely to support US in illegal unpopular war.
