So what if they are doing the work now? Why is that so important to folks that it outweighs the bad -- even though that part is bad as well.
No need to justify the illegals that way. They can go back and get on a work visa, etc. Others can do the work. There are still plenty of folks that will do the work the illegals are doing.
Of course it would not be two times worse -- it would be far better. Consider all of the bad that far outweighs wanting someone just for their cheap labor.
