To me the submarine in the game is how he took a big fat write-off under the tax code saying you cannot claim that if you have an interest in the loss writeoff which Trump has. He has a 5% interest in those money losing AC casinos out there still and I am sure his fraud lawyers are hanging onto some remote legal ruling that they think gave him a loophole to this IRS regulation. That is why NY is going after him, he took that enormous NOL tax refund and if it is found he was not due that refund it will likely sink his entire crumbling empire. With taxes and penalties that is for sure more than he has given his nature for huge leverage, he is not liquid 100 plus M, he might on paper be worth that but with his high margin percentage it would be difficult to pull out the cash and also difficult to get more loans given he leverages every single thing he can...which is the reason he lost AC multiple times over.

I bet that dope Alan D will come out with some yacking to the point I made that there is some case where someone took a refund off a NOL when they still held an interest in the NOL...but that is the black swan in this whole leveraged debacle.

I do not agree with that at all. The RNC voter as has been said could care less the slimeball Trump is, that he is a cheater a rude insensitive putz...that he has cost investors billions of dollars. They only care about what his position can do for their political and religious beliefs, even if Trump couldnt give a rats behind about religion and likely makes fun of his followers behind closed doors for the saps they are.

So the RNC blind will come to the polls and actually believe he is the correct candidate because they are against the core of the DNC platform. Ive been peppered with RNC and DNC ads to a point of nausea and I actually do not agree with much of the DNC platform either, it is too far left..extremes do not win elections and they need to knock off these FREE and Medicare expansion agendas because the working class DNC voter likely is not interested in getting clocked across the head so the older generation who got to retire and experience multiple stock market and housing booms can get more freebies. The DNC has failed to market the proper selling points to the mid section of the voter base and it makes getting that loser Biden elected very difficult. 

What an awful setup we have....a total jerk who berates, cheats, abuses and is a pompous moron OR a guy who has an entitled kid getting Russian favors and is a lifer who has accomplished very little but accumulating family wealth. Awful choices, its sickening.

Twitter has recently suspended a slew of fake accounts pretending to be Black supporters
of President Donald Trump. Many have tweeted this identical phrase:
"YES IM BLACK AND IM VOTING FOR TRUMP."

A Twitter spokesperson told CNN the accounts violated rules against platform manipulation
and spam, which ban users from tweeting to "artificially amplify or suppress information,"

US intelligence analysts suspected at least as far back as last month that a mixture of hacked and forged emails from the Ukrainian company Burisma Holdings might be dumped online as an "October surprise," The New York Times reported Wednesday.

Russian military-intelligence hackers successfully breached Burisma's servers in January, The Times reported earlier this year.

Wednesday's report said analysts contacted people with knowledge of the hack because they were concerned "the Burisma material would be leaked alongside forged materials in an attempt to hurt" the 2020 Democratic presidential nominee, Joe Biden.

“ending the COVID-19 pandemic” among the Trump administration's first-term
accomplishments, as the US breaks records for new coronavirus cases daily.

A press release from the Office of Science and Technology Policy lists the
"decisive actions to engage scientists and health professionals in academia,
industry, and government to understand, treat, and defeat the disease”
as a success.

However, the disease has NOT been defeated, and the WH has signaled
they are not going to be able to control it before a vaccine is available.
