@DeezyAZ81 You may be right. I am not sure the amount of dead that vote Democrat versus Republican in PA. I think he was referencing Tony DeLuca (who was a Democrat) getting elected, despite being dead. Or the debunked claim by the Republicans that 20,000 dead folks voted in PA. He certainly was simply making a joke to the folks that came out saying he was a registered Republican. In other words, no matter how he voted when he was alive -- everyone knows dead people only vote Democrat.
