11 years ago, Captain Sully (America's favorite airline pilot) saved 155 passengers. Now he is disgusted by Trump.
"For the first time in US history, a president has repeatedly shown utter vulgar contempt and disrespect for those who served and died serving the US. Trump cannot understand selflessness because he is selfish. He cannot conceive of courage because he is a coward. We owe it not only to those who sacrificed for our nation, but to ourselves and future generations to vote him out."

The (AUG) Military Times poll shows a continued decline in active-duty service
members’ views of Trump and a slight but significant preference for former
VP Joe Biden in the upcoming November election among troops surveyed.
The results, collected BEFORE the political conventions, appear to undercut
claims from trump that his support among military members is strong.
49.9% had an unfavorable view of the president,
compared to about 38% who had a favorable view.
42% said they “STRONGLY DISAPPROVE" of Trump’s time in office.
In a poll conducted at the start of Trump’s presidency,
46% of troops had a favorable view of him, versus 37% unfavorable.
The dipping popularity among troops — considered by Republican Party
leaders to be part of the base of Trump’s support —
could prove problematic for the president in the upcoming election.
Among active-duty service members surveyed in the poll,
41% said they would vote for Biden, if the election was held today.
Only 37% said they would vote to re-elect Trump.

How does this matter with regard to the election?
The truth is GOP voters would vote for pretty much anything shoved in front of their faces and they have in the past, will continue in the future. The only thing that matters is agenda..this very forum is a microcosm of the mentality from the GOP. You have members here who seem intelligent, they have reading and comprehension skills..they know what a horrid disgusting person Trump is, the atrocities are right in front of their faces and yet MANY will actually come in and cheer for this piece of garbage. They completely disregard his abuses of so many...from the handicap to women to reporters to other politicians to anyone and they just do not care. People right among us right here right now dont give a crap about this really awful person they are supporting.
So I dont think the GOP drones here or in the general public care about what a pile Trump is or what he does..but did the DNC put someone in the seat who made the GOP voter consider that maybe the person does matter and maybe Trump with his really putrid qualities should be voted out? No, the DNC put in the seat another piece of garbage with his mountain of baggage and really crappy characteristics.
I dont see how Trump does not win, even with the taxes and the cheating and the abuses and the moronic disgusting qualities he will always have.

In the 2016 Military Times Poll, nearly twice as many respondents said
they planned to vote for Trump than Hillary Clinton.
Exit polls from the election showed a similar margin after election day.
A 2012 Military Times Reader Survey — conducted in a non-scientific fashion
