Hell, today we learned of a January 6 protestor, who joined the storming of the Capitol, now say, after a year of serious reflection, that the republican party has indeed turned into a "cult" [his choice of words]

And to your point, the refusal/cowardice of so many on the right to call wrong "WRONG!"  has striking similarities to the way it went down in mid-1930's Germany ....

Donald Trump tore into his former ally William Barr on Friday, furious that the former Attorney General has been making the media rounds in recent days acknowledging he never found any evidence of substantive voter fraud during the 2020 election.

Back in December 2020, Mr Barr was clashing with Mr Trump, announcing while he still led the Department of Justice that: “we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.”

In an interview this week with NBC News, Mr Barr said he blamed the 6 January insurrection at the US Capitol on Donald Trump.

A federal judge on Friday denied Donald Trump's request to countersue magazine writer E. Jean Carroll for violating New York's law against frivolous defamation lawsuits, criticizing the former President's legal argument as "futile" and a delay tactic.

The defamation case is still on hold while the parties wait for a decision from an appeals court on whether the lawsuit can proceed.

Carroll sued Donald "the box-grabber" Trump for defamation in 2019 in state court after he denied her claim that he raped her in a NY department store dressing room in the mid-1990s, said she wasn't his type, and accused her of fabricating the claim to boost sales of her book.

If he can drag this out in court with his usual lawyer delay tactics for another 3 years and win the 2024 election then he can escape prosecution for the rape.

If he can drag this out in court with his usual lawyer delay tactics for another 3 years and win the 2024 election then he can escape prosecution for the rape.

I think that is PLAN "A"  for him.    Run out the clock.

Plan B could be to incite another insurrection.

In all of the betting markets, Trump is the odds on favorite to win the nomination in 2024... this reflects 'real money' and not mere speculation.

Now that the economy has been destroyed by Biden and the traitorous democrats, Trump will win back the presidency in the next presidential election imo. Personally, I prefer DeSantis.

CNN has announced that their new CNN+ streaming service will be dropped at the end of April. 

Apparently the new management team inherited it but was never thrilled with it to begin with and it was suffering from low enrollment.

So this lasted only slightly longer than trump's ill-fated blog.website which he angrily shut down last year amid almost no participation whatsoever!

Similarly, the much ballyhooed launch of his propaganda & lies social app "Truth Social" is already fraught with problems and likewise suffering from unexpectedly weak response
