Please excuse bowslit it seems to be a combination of his ignorance and his inability to grasp the topic that has incapable of intelligent discussion.  Not sure what he has been ranting about,  but perhaps his utter Failiure to engage in the topic has resulted in all this angry posting and negativity.

You say you watched the documentary.  Hastert is just another example of the closet case homosexuall pedophile or not that puts on a strong GOP image as a means of trying to deal with their urges and the things they choose to do when try act on their urges.

There is actually a lot of complexity to the topic.  Issues of self loathing,  working against their own kind, hypocracy, making their personal sexual issues into policy that effects the rest of America. But as shown with this thread I think so much of it is survival to portray a strong anti-dem/GOP image and identity that their actions may seem desperate and illogical.

As I had previously said (which shows how elequantly I grasp the concept and you swing and miss) of course they are not going to pass legislation that is pro gaay....it would quickly, VERY QUICKLY, get them voted out of office and...WAIT for it...IT WOULDN'T BE THE WILL OF THE CONSTITUANTS that elected them.

Please explain why you think its Okay for a politician to be passing legislation willy nilly and counter the will of the people that elected  them!

Why do these politicians put on the facade in the first place before elected?  The point is they start by taking this anti-dem/GOP identity and image and need to get approval from the GOP.  Dem approval is meaningless and would in fact lead everyone to believe them to be guy and that is why they choose to take on a dem identoty.

You might as well be coming out at that point.

Because what happy GOP politician is sucessful in winning office?  Can you name one?  IPC...

So if someone is a sucessful GOP politician it is a good cover to protest too much and overcompensate for what they are hiding.
