Wear your mask at all times except when showering and don’t leave your house. Problem solved

    @melossinglet

First of all, what kind of grown ass man uses the term "good grief?"

You come into threads throwing gutter balls expecting some reasonable dialogue but it's not going to happen until you show a little respect for others in this forum.

The fact is some folks will wear a mask til the day they die, several years from now. That's their choice, OK with me. Just don't expect me or others to follow.

You wear an N95, it will protect YOU. THAT IS WHAT PPE DOES, IT PROTECTS THE WEARER.

Social distancing, I practice it everyday, no crowded indoor events for me. You can crowd up as much as you want, your choice.

Booster shots? I currently have a good immune system, no thanks. You want it, go and get it. I like what Ontario Permier Ford said; you can get jabbed 10 times and still get covid.

GOOD GRIEF,you are a bore..you offer nothing but fake indignation and have the maturity level of an infant..im not the slightest bit interested in "reasonable dialogue" with someone that is incapable.

if you are actually still falling for this whole thing after 2 friggin years of it,with all thats come out and all that we now know, then you are far beyond the point of being able to be helped and will continue wandering through life in a confused stupor..never ever quite understanding anything on even the most basic level....there is no dialogue to be had with such a person.....even a good portion of the so called "normies" are done with all the bullshit and know what a sham the reaction has been, and yet there are still those swallowing all the fear porn hook, line and sinker..crazy.

Him? How do you know they identify as him??

I try my best to avoid personal pissing matches although it's so easy to get drawn in sometimes.

It is amazing how a pandemic affects human behavior, you really get to see just how nuts most people are. Interesting and terrifying at the same time!

Is the new Omicron sub-variant a concern?

A subvariant of Omicron, BA.2, is leading to a new wave of Covid-19 infections across Europe.

Cases in the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands and other countries are going up, driven by this very contagious coronavirus strain.

The proportion of Covid-19 cases due to BA.2 is rising in the United States, too. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention now estimates that 35% of new coronavirus cases are due to this subvariant.

BA.2 is related to BA.1, which is the original Omicron subvariant that led to the huge surge in cases over the winter here in the United States and across Europe. BA.1 swept through communities because of how contagious it is. BA.2 appears to be even more contagious than BA.1.
The UK Health Security Agency estimates that BA.2 is growing 80% faster than BA.1 (Omicron).

However, so far it appears that BA.2 does not seem to cause more severe illness than BA.1.

** Although equally as severe is bad enough. This isn't a "miss work for one day and then you are 100% OK again" type of flu.

europe hurting again            spreads up to 80% faster ??!   eeck

      sickness everywhere

meanwhile the virus continues to mutate    and only time will tell if the sickness it causes might get even worse with each new variant

I must admit I am not thrilled to hear about this rise due to yet another variant.

Is BA.2 related to BA.1?  Yep. It's the exact same rinse and repeat propaganda fear porn.

And BA.2 is growing 80% as fast as the duped believer's brain cells are disappearing.

    Relax. I'm unvaxxed!

    Uncertain at this time.

Could be the same as omicron. Or it could turn out to be worse once enough data is gathered.  Hard to say this early.

But the overall concern may be the ongoing mutations.

Maybe it will all just go away with the warmer weather coming soon.
