The Country would be much better off if more people realized this.Agreed, he was not approaching them with a brandished weapon....As I stated the other day, the agent panicked when he saw the gun during the tussle....it's a shame he was shot and killed, but man I just wish these people would stay as far away from these agents instead of interjecting themselves into the scenes....this wouldn't even be a talking point if people would stop following them around...doesn't give the agent a right to shoot him, but I do understand that split second rationale is in play here if indeed he was in fear for his life...that cannot be discounted...if it were any of us, who knows what we would do.... Whole thing is unfortunate

Almost everyone wants this to be true but it appears there are some that keep pushing for interjection and there are some that do not try to refute that message and actually encourage it. So until that stops, your statement may never be true.
Monday morning quarterbacks want to claim they knew what to do during the situation and they'll yell it really loud, repeatedly until it becomes an echo chamber.
