 We fired our water sprinkler company for fraud & now we're having a difficult time replacing them because other companies can't find workers & are not taking on new customers.

Crazy times...

I believe that is the 5th consecutive month at 3.6% unemployment.

Not positive but this 5 month stretch of low unemployment beats the best 5 month stretch Trump ever had.

A remarkable improvement considering the pathetic toll Trump left for the Biden admin.

    inspite of some weak economic news [inflation caused mostly by overseas supply chains as well as fascist attack on ukraine ]  there is that positive economic news !!

funny thing is  in todays world there r a lot of people who would happily claim your troubles r your own fault for firing the water sprinkler company that was commiting fraud  .  u shoulda just looked the other way and allowed the fraud to continue

Gasoline Prices See The Largest Drop In Nearly 15 Years

The current price for a gallon of gasoline in the United States continues to fall, averaging $4.721 on Friday, down 12.1 cents since last week.

The Biden Administration has so far released more than 145 million barrels of crude oil from the nation’s Strategic Petroleum Reserves, bringing the SPR down to levels not seen in decades in order to calm the high prices at the pump.

The falling price of crude oil­—which makes up about 60% of the cost of gasoline—fell this week largely on fears of a recession.

Also contributing to the price decrease in gasoline is U.S. gasoline demand, which is down roughly 4.5% from last week, in large part due to the high costs at the pump.

Putin's terrorist assault on Ukraine is ultimately causing most of the record high pump prices.

But there's always a chance that the price of gas may never matter again

We're all hoping that never happens.

I think Trump could make it happen.   Not very comforting.

Gas prices have declined for more than 30 days straight, dropping on Friday to a national average of $4.57 per gallon.

Meanwhile, Biden has said that tamping down inflation,
including lowering the price of gas, is his top priority.
He has proposed continuing to tap into the Strategic Petroleum
Reserve and he has encouraged oil and gas companies to
increase production.

Biden called on Congress to temporarily suspend the
federal gas tax to further help Americans -
but currently doesn't have any republican support to pass.

Nearly one in five gas stations is charging under the $4 mark for a gallon of regular gas, according to OPIS, which surveys US gas stations to compute price averages for AAA. That's about 24,000 stations nationwide, mostly in the Southeast and in oil patch states like Texas and Oklahoma.

In fact, $3.999 was the most common price Monday among the 130,000 stations OPIS surveys, as station owners play the game of charging one-tenth of a cent less than $4 to try to get customers' attention.

The average price of regular-grade gasoline
fell 32 cents over the past two weeks to $4.54 per gallon.

One expert says the ongoing decline comes as crude oil costs also fall.
