Trump's deranged letter to Pelosi is full of misleading claims. First, he claims denial of fundamental rights. Actually, constitutional rights of criminal defendents do not apply to public officials in impeachment process. Impeachable offenses don't have to be crimes. Trump's counsel declined to participate in house judicial hearings. Republicans were allowed to question witnesses.
Second, Trump claims more due process was afforded to those accused in Salem witch trials. This claim is absurd. To force confessions, innocent people were tortured, hanged, drowned in water or burned in fire.
Third, Trump claims whistleblower made a false report of phone call that bears no relation to actual conversation. Actually, whistleblower has been proven to be very accurate by multiple evidences and independent witnesses.
Fourth, Trump claims Biden used his office to force Ukraine to fire prosecutor digging into company paying his son. Prosecutor Shokin was widely known as corrupt by US diplomats and international community. Biden was following official policy in pushing Shokin's ouster.
Fifth, Trump claims supposed accomplishments. Example 1: colossal reduction in illegal border crossings. Actually, total number of people arrested at border was higher under Obama. Example 2: US became world's top energy producer. According to Energy information administration, US became top energy producer in 2012 under Obama. Example 3: reforms in veterans administration. Actually, Trump didn't create Veterans choice program which was signed into law by Obama in 2014. Example 4: building of new wall for south border. According to Customs and border protection, no miles of border wall have been constructed where barriers previously existed. Replacing old barrier doesn't count.

Jesus had the courage to face his accusers because he had done nothing wrong unlike Trump. He was given the opportunity but declined.

Evangelical magazine "Christianity today" calls for Trump removal after impeachment. The facts in this case are unambiguous. Trump abused his power for personal gain to coerce a foreign leader to try to discredit a political opponent. This is immoral and violates US constitution. Trump moral deficiencies damage the institution of the presidency, US reputation and the spirit or future of Americans. He hires people who are now convicted criminals. He is proud of immoral actions in business and relations with women. In the past, evangelicals such as Billy Graham also turned against previous presidents. History shows impeachment is rare but justified for all presidents involved.

Trump brags wages are rising at fastest rate in decades. However fact checking disputes his claim. According to Census bureau, growth in 2018 median household income is lower than in 2007, 2000 and 1990 after adjusting for inflation. According to Bureau of labor statistics, the bottom line is that real wages peaked in the 1970s before falling over the next few decades and then beginning to climb up in the 1990s. Trend under Trump is a continuation of the increase in median income that started with Obama. In effect, Trump is piggybacking on that growth. In comparison, Obama's second term has greater increase in real average wages in private sector than Trump so far.

13 groups are suing Trump administration over chemical disaster prevention rollbacks after a recent plant explosion in Texas that injured 8 people and displaced 50,000. Plaintiffs include union of concerned scientists, Utah physicians, clean air council, coalition for a safe environment, Louisiana budget brigade, California communities against toxins, Texas environmental justice, Ohio environmental coalition and others.
Safety deregulations would put millions of people who live near chemical facilities in harm's way. Human life is more important than profits. According to Center for public integrity, Trump administration loses vast majority of lawsuits in government. Unlike past administrations that normally win most lawsuits.
