With terrible childhoods and poor living conditions is it any wonder that they strike out ?
The answer to this problem is.............. a jobs program.... give them something else to do and things like this won't be happening.
We need to go after the root causes that leads people to want do these kind of things .... it's a lack of opportunity for jobs.

I agree slim, give them a jobs program modeled after the one the new GOP congress put out there.
