Although I think this will result in a conclusion that former VP Joe Biden was merely  less than thorough in cleaning out all his documents from all his office furniture in the work-related offices he had access to.   Honest mistake that could happen to anyone.

That said, if it's proven to be much worse than that and he is guilty of a nefarious crime then yep he needs to be investigated further, possibly impeached, and potentially indicted for a crime.

Would be hard to believe at this point that Biden deliberately violated the law regarding returning all documents as it's far more likely he was just irresponsible toward being absolutely certain he removed everything before closing that office.

Biden aides have been searching to ensure that any and all classified documents from Biden's offices when Vice President, have been found and returned promptly to the National Archives...

TODAY, in that search, they found a second small batch of classified documents that were obviously missed before, from a locked and secured office.  Immediately turned over to the National Archives.

The DOJ will investigate to determine if this was a wilful act (criminal)

The trump appointee assigned to look into the matter and assess whether there was criminal intent like in the trump case, seems like a fair man.   Because that's what the case for indictment rests on: criminal intent.  We know Biden is not guilty of "obstruction" like trump is and we know the documents were found in his working offices as VP unlike trump who brought boxes of them home to his bedroom then lied.

If Joe Biden is found to have "criminal intent" then he should be indicted as a criminal and they should prosecute his ass into prison!
