Kyle Takes the Stand!

The prosecutor is absolutely shaken from the admonishments from the judge. He is losing the jurors with his repetitive questions.

Having said that, this kid killed someone & needs to be held accountable IMO.

He put at least 1 pedophile out of his misery in self defense. I was hoping for some fireworks during the afternoon session.

  Yep, he lost the jury an hour ago. Even the judge is telling him to move it along. He's just poking/prodding the kid, amplifying minutia, trying to get him to snap......but the kid is unflappable.

 I could see some recklessness charge, but the idiot PA hasn't proven any intent. He is just trying to save face at this point.

 I'm amazed how technically inept these lawyers are. They are even worse in the Ahmed Arbury trial.

In 2018, Judge Schroder sentenced a woman convicted of shoplifting to inform managers of every store she entered that she was on supervision for theft. 

He seems to be a little unorthodox which isn't necessarily bad.

 I can't believe the defense isn't objecting to the DA trying to put words in his mouth.

 Geez......the DA is flailing at this point.

 The DA is finally done......someone wake up the jury.

 His frame-by-frame stoppage of each incident was pathetic.........just a futile effort to discredit Rittenhouse. I don't know what the defense atty. was thinking, but the judge actually told the DA he was speculating.

Rittenhouse is done. This will be a glorious conviction. 

You told this media member interviewing you that you were EMT. Are you an EMT? no. So you lied about being an EMT? Yes. 

You claimed you were on the scene to provide medical assistance and first aid to any of those that may be injured on the scene. Did you give anyone at all medical assistance? "No"

"I was there to provide medical assistance". Did you offer medical assistance to any one that you shot? No. Even one of those you shot in the arm, that was screaming that I need a medic. Did you offer to help him? No. 

We all know why this idiot was really there. 

As bad is the prosecution is, they saved the best for last at least.

Because most medics and professional EMTs are strapped with AR 15's.

Pretty sure that is not the standard for a medical kit these days.

He brought the medic bag to help others if necessary. But that turned out to be be bullshit because he didn't provide any aid to those he shot. He gave some gauge to a guy who cut his finger & that was all.

He should have left the AR 15 at home. But why even make the trip if you think a gun was needed for your protection?

I don't buy it. He was looking for trouble & boy did he find it.

Trust me. They exist! I am with them during the summer playing golf and actually go on 3 golf trips with them.  I catch a break from them during bowling season. They talk just like you!

 This kid shouldn't walk. He killed 2 people. Believe it or not, there are still consequences for one's actions.

 The DA failed to prove motive or intent.......or disprove self-defense....... & put the jury to sleep along the way, not to mention pissing off the judge. He also put any chance of a possible re-trial in jeopardy with his antics. Rittenhouse will likely get nailed for the weapons charge but found not guilty of all the "first degree" charges other than maybe the reckless endangering. But the juries are like referees........never know what you're gonna get.

When a mob is attacking you, you have the right to self-defense in America.

What happened to the whole thing about criminal justice reform, prison abolition, the evils of the carceral state, the inherent pro-prosecution bias, rehabilitative justice?

It all instantly disappears based if the accused has the wrong ideology. Then it's: law and order!

I also don't believe the people saying this have watched much or any of the trial. They're instead demanding an 18 year old be imprisoned for life because they know their political followers want to hear that or they're looking for positive social media attention.
