He says, "I'm not gonna say the best, but I'm just about the best thing that ever happened to Puerto Rico. You better vote for me, Puerto Rico."
Puerto Ricans who live in Puerto Rico don't have a vote for president.

It is estimated over 200,000 Peurto Ricans have left the island and migrated mostly to Florida
but also Arizona, Texas, NY city and southern Cal.
They don't like trump at all.
Dems are actively signing them up to register to vote.
It should be noted that Florida has 29 electoral votes and trump MUST win it or he's toast.
That state is always close. VERY close.
The 2000 election was decided by Florida. Only 567 votes difference.
And the majority of 200,000 trump hating Peurto Ricans have re-settled in Florida!
I've said this before, the 2020 demographics are significantly different than 2016.
And it's moved in Democrat's favor... Even Republican campaigns acknowledge this fact.
