The whole point of Congressional reps is to do good for the people who voted you in. But what seems to be working for them - BECAUSE they realize their very gullible republican/tribal base WANT TO BELIEVE anything they say that is negative toward Dems but positive for authoritarianism/racism - those reps know they can vote against every initiative to help Americans, then when it passes anyway, they can go back to their constituents and brag about how THEY achieved it for them!
And the phucking dummies will actually believe it and cheer for those reps!
