INDICTMENT ! WHO IS FIRST ?
Posted:

14 pages... It takes a bigger man than me to read, "a Russian woman", "a professor", "campaign consultant" for 14 pages.... Lawyers are definitely a special breed, I think that could've been cut down to 2 pages including the signatures on the last page...
HRC's indictment will read like War & Peace if they do the same thing with her...
Pappa.... is a minnow in all of this and already pled guilty to "lying" to the FBI. What's the crime for destroying 33,000 emails again? I can't remember the same treatment to HRC private i.t. crew. I remember 5 or 6 of them pleading the 5th but I think they were all given immunity, for what I have no idea.
I do find it amusing that after a year of investigation, this is what they lead with? It actually took a year to bring these charges. Think about that for a second.

Try to keep up...
I've heard it's Manafort and it's related to money laundering around 2012/2013.
Not much of a prediction but considering the source. I probably missed it because of all the BS he posts.

Good read. Shame some in here don't want to take the time and read this. It shows the collusion.

Where are the Michael Flynn and the JR.? Will they plead bargain and flip for bigger "witch" under pressure by special prosecutors? It remains to be seen. Guess we shall see not before long.

It's not over
we are now finding out that Papadopoulos was arrested in July 2017 . He did not plead guilty until October 2017
According to CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin and its legal team, Papadopoulos may have won a wire between July 2017 and October 2017 based on a plea agreement, which mentions Papadopoulos as a " proactive cooperator" ?
From Papadopoulos court's papers
Defendant has indicated that he is willing to cooperate with the government in its ongoing investigation into Russian efforts to
interfere in the 2016 presidential elections.
Public disclosure of the defendant's initial appearance, however, would significantly undermine his ability to server as proactive cooperator"

Darkhorse: It will probably be Flynn and Page
Detox: It will be Manafort, it will have to do with money laundering around 2012/2013
Facts come out: Manafort, money laundering, 2012/2013

It seems as if they Dems and MSM are celebrating yesterdays developments regarding the Mueller investigation.
I'm not sure I understand why.
From what I gather, Mueller appears to be closing in on the possibility that the Trump campaign attempted to get dirt on HRC from the Russians.
So what?
Is that even illegal?
I'm sure that Muellers investigative team, all loyal democratic supporters, will leave no stones unturned in an attempt to rid DC of the President.
He will have no shortage of help in this endeavor, as even half the republicans want Trump out.
I just don't understand what exactly they are looking for.
I thought there was already proof that the DNC, HRC, and Obama administration funded the blatantly false Trump dossier, and then leaked it to the press.
That they did so by funneling more than 10 million dollars through a law firm in an attempt to hide it.
That they have all denied knowing anything about the more than $10,000,000 in payments, as if that is even remotely possible.
That somewhere along the line the Russians were involved with this dossier.
Is all of this false?
If there is any truth to this, why is it not being investigated, or even reported?
If it is true (and I have not been following along, so really don't know if it is or not) how is that not the same as what they are attempting to find with the Trump team?
I was watching MSNBC yesterday for a bit, and they were almost giddy in their reporting, as if they had somehow won something.
I truly don't understand this.

I think it is likely the result of 2 things-
1) It keeps their "Russia" narrative going-, although, as you noted, that seems to be having a boomerang effect-
2) There is finally a negative news story with some (albeit distant) connection to Trump that can be verified with facts-this is new territory, so I suspect there is a bit of confusion as to how to proceed....

There is nothing to comment on.
if I want the "he must be biased, there is no basis for this, its all untrue, and the Dems are worse" I'll watch Faux News.

That's what you took from my eloquently written post???
Intersting.
"He must be biased" ... I believe he is and can provide a reasonable argument why one could think that, albeit it would be conjecture.
"There is no basis for this" I never suggested, nor hinted at that.
"Its all untrue" I never suggested, nor hinted at that.
"The Dems are worse" Yes ... part of my QUESTION was relating to my limited understanding that it had already been proven that the Dems had done the same thing that Trump is being investigated for. I then asked for clarification as to my beliefs on it.
Your Faux News crack was uncalled for.
I'm searching for answers from a reasonably object audience.
I should have realized asking for such a thing in this forum is akin to asking Liberace what it's like to be an NFL linebacker.

Please.
You were appeasing your fellow righties by making comments like "loyal democratic supporters."
Prosecutors are sworn to uphold the constitution. Suggesting that anyone is might possibly have a concern about Trump must have a political bias is what I have come to expect from the other righties in this thread.
I have no problem grouping you in with them.

I suggest google can assist you, A special counsel is used when there are concerns that the white house or those close to the white house are involved in illegal activity.
See Ken Starr.

Manaforts offenses had been going on for over 10 years-
long before Trump was anywhere near the White House-it seems as though the information was out there-
So, if I'm understanding this correctly, had Hillary been elected president, none of this would have been prosecuted...so, it took a Special Counsel to sort this out-.
Interesting...

Of course, we now know that there is no evidence that Trump had anything to do with any of this-
Hillary and her crew, well- looks like things might not go so well-
Weird that a Special Counsel might end up investigating a losing presidential candidate rather than the sitting president-

I think we can all agree that we are fortunate that Donald Trump is president instead of the criminal Hillary Clinton-
I think we can also agree that Bob Mueller and Jim Coney are steaming piles of swamp garbage...
