In a world where your congress approves the president can make trade wars with the world and where EU’s member states also agree so this agreement will go into effect - I don’t think there is any possibility you will keep tariffs on EU for any substantial amount of time - it is not dolls and cheap crap you buy from us - it is advanced machinery, luxury items, expensive cars, Pharmaceuticals etc. (15% tax on top can make a simple purchase million dollars more expensive) - what would be the end goal of that ? The reason you buy these are because you either can’t make it or we make it way cheaper or better than you could - and it is stuff you need to have (with some of them and if you are rich want to have with the rest)
