If Trump refuses to pay, court could seize his assets and income. He would still be liable if bankruptcy is declared. Political action committee may pay his legal fees although federal law prohibits use of campaign funds for personal use. For appeal, Trump would have to put up money up front. Probably up to almost half billion dollars after interest is added. Plaintiffs won't have access to his money until after appeal process which can take months or years. In 50 years, Trump family is known to have stiffed creditors, contractors, employees and governments out of $1.5 billion.

Can you imagine all the people lining up after Bidens Presidency with the hundreds of thousands of fentanyl deaths, Biden border crimes that are so out control and growing daily.
