GOP alternative to OBAMACARE? Anyone?

GoldenGoose, Why is my opinion that homosexuality is not normal make me homophobic? Probably just like the Left would call me a racist if I don't agree with Obama as a white man in the US.

In a perverse way,  higher prices can reduce total spending on healthcare because fewer people can afford it.  Unfortunately, some sick people may not receive necessary healthcare.  Hard to restrain costs but future inflation may be slowing under Obamacare.

Let me ask you straight out (no pun intended), do you personally know any h-omosexuals or l-esbians?  Have you ever had any serious, in-depth, discussions with any h-omosexuals or l-esbians?  Do you have any family, immediate or otherwise, that are h-omosexual or l-esbian?

I am guessing that your answers are going to be a big fat 0-3.

G-ay is not a choice.  It is not some kind of fad.  G-ay is the person inside the body.  It is what they are born to be. 

Even person Cheney, more right-wing than you could ever imagine, understands this as a parent.

Also can you explain to me if ghay people are born that way are are pediophiles also born that way or is it something they choose ?

That was a huge surprise Wall. I have worked with 2 happy men and 2 lesbians. I got along with all 4. The following is what gets to me. People like CG and Wall "seem" offended that I think homosexuality is not normal. I never said anything else about the sexuality of 2 like sexes.

Today we find out that it was the fault of the govt shutdown that caused the rollout of Obamacare to be a disaster. Say what! Just like we heard in the last ten days that increasing the debt limit does not increase  our debt! Say what! 2 ridiculous statements from liberalism! Why do liberals seem as though they know better than everyone else?

What is normal? Who defines what is normal?

Not being g-ay, I can only relate what has been retold to me in several different in-depth discussions with several different people.

G-ays in a serious relationship feel no attraction whatsoever to the opposite sex.  They tell me they have felt attraction to the same sex as early as they can remember in life.  So you take that for what it's worth, science or not.

Pediophiles are criminals.  Preying on children is illegal and has no bearing on the G-ay discussion.

Oh! OK! If it was normal then 90% of the human race would be guy.  In this specific case hetero would be considered normal.No single person defines normal.

ObamaCare is far from a liberal idea, starting with its centerpiece, the mandate (originally a Republican idea).

Liberal ideas for healthcare reform would be more for a one payer national plan. ObamaCare is more corporatist than anything else.

Re: your post 3, my suggestion is to try the exchanges when they become more user friendly (or more like, if) as most have reported lower prices based on the competition between the companies.

So you worked with four g-ays.  Even though you avoided them at all costs, at least you're not as ill-informed as I imagined.

If no single person defines normal, who is defining it here? Why would 90% of the population be g-a-y? Is it normal to be single and never marry? Is it normal to be divorced numerous times? What about couples that cannot conceive?

Nazi Germany extinguished people that were of lesser intellect, the wrong religion, g-a-y, physically infirm, etc. Other countries have as well.

There is a dangerous precedent to making preconceived notions about the 'norm'

One last opinion before I put this thread to rest. Why don't liberals ever admit they are just plain wrong on any issues? They run away like women. 4 cases in point. 1. Hillary feigning concussion so she would not appear before a committee on Benghazi. 2. Sebelius refusing to appear before a committee on Obamacare. 3. 14 House Dems leaving the meeting room when the parents of the people killed in Benghazi appear. 4. 14  State Senate Dems from Wisconsin run awa to a fleebag hotel in Rockford, IL. I can not explain the bold.

Dude (if you and old) and you are, and have pre-existing conditions (which you may) you sure as hell should pay more for your healthcare. If you drive like a granny (which you probably do) you should pay less than someone who drives like a speed demon.

Here's an idea: I should be able to drive w/o insurance and then if I have an accident, run out and get insurance, BUT obviously not pay more because I have a pre-existing accident.

That would be unfair. It's interesting that the Granny Goose's of this world never complained when they were young and paying low rates/not carrying insurance, but now that they are older...........

How about you turn over a large part of your SS in exchange for lower rates??

Sundance apart from the tea party crowd nobody cares about Benghazi as a political issue. Romney tried it and got slapped around like a little chump.

I honestly feel sorry for people who think this will prevent a Hillary presidency.

Romney did not get slapped around over Benghazi . Romney’s focus on the economy after the first debate and not Benghazi was one of his many errors ....
