For the last decade Fox has beaten its competitors in what passes for news and bullshit is 110% on brand for Fox to this point. But with Tuckers firing it a shame that there was a vast human cost of this move. Dozens of racist grannies had to go to bed tonight without their daily dose of Tucker. But at least we know now Tucker didn’t believe his own bullshit!
As far as today fashion model of News media’s as a whole one needs only to look back to George Orwell introduced the concept of “doublethink” when he wrote Nineteen Eighty-Four in 1949.

So clearly the idea that people en masse will follow and accept complete bullshit isn’t a new concept.

Me.... I've never once watched a Tucker show. I avoid all MSM talking heads but see plenty of snipets of their info to have a educated enough view of what to expect on the various "news" channels. My opinion of Tucker was no different than any other bought and paid for journalist.
I must admit though, these recent interviews might help tell a different story than the one you guys are buying "hook line and sinker" from the FOX and friends story time....

I watched more of the talk shows during the covid lockdowns, when we had no sports or other activities to enjoy (at least in dem run states). It gets old fast, but I did notice how CNN & MSNBC ignored the "mostly peaceful" riots (
). Even our local Seattle networks (all left leaning) were reluctant to show the destruction of the city they report on. I was appalled how they tried to demonize the police for trying to keep order. Anyone remember the 6yo that hit by mace? The local media ran hard & fast with that one, chastising the police but never mentioning that it was an idiotic idea for parents to drag their 6yo into a riot situation. One local media person shook their head & mentioned it........he suddenly had a week of "vacation".
