Similar case in Trump first term ended with charges dropped against a judge.  Unlike other presidents, lawless dictator escalates war against courts to threaten US system of checks and balances in government.

Milwaukee Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan..is probably the fugliest female Ive seen out side the midway at the circus..forget about her disagreement with the administration’s policies....just arrest her for not doing something about her looks.. ugh...

The Massachsetts judge that helped an illegal escape in 2018 had charges dropped during Biden Admin in 2022. So the State of Massachusetts through the Massachusetts Commission on Judicial Conduct, a state agency charged with investigating allegations of misconduct among those admitted to the bench has filed charges last year against the judge.

So here you have a hard leaning Left state, Massachusetts, filing it's own charges of misconduct for judge helping illegal immigrant escape and when Trump Admin does it.................

A president who weaponized the FBI and judicial system to get Trump on classified documents is found to have hundreds of classified docs himself taken illegally as he wasn't a president when he took them. Then he is found too forgetful and feeble to be ever convicted by a jury for his crimes, yet he's president.

A prosecutor who said "I will get Trump" and "no one is above the law!" is commiting the same crime she is prosecuting Trump for.

Biden read those classified docs to his book writer years before they were "turned in". He knew he had them for years. And Biden didn't turn any documents in, first they were found at the Penn Center (obviously many people knew or they would have covered it up) and then people other than Biden (his lawyers, no conflict there!) searched his residences and only after that did the FBI get an "invite" and they found more!

I do not like to call anyone dumb because that is not something they can help; ignorance, they can and should change.  But you would be hard pressed to find anyone that has ever served on the Supreme Court that has been dumber.

  It staggers the imagination.....boggles the mind. There's no way someone that openly said they can't define what a women is should've been confirmed to the SCOTUS. This is just another reminder of why. Also, making the Japan comparison is a major gaffe in itself because Japan doesn't allow "birthright citizenship" either.

Part of the problem is that one should respect the laws of any nation they visit. If your intention is not to follow that nations laws, then what is it that you are really doing in that nation. Your analogy is spot on in the sense that any visitor that is visiting a nation should respect the laws of that nation regardless of whether that law is a law in your own nation. Most laws are common sense and travel to any nation in the world equally. The punishment may vary, but in your example, stealing is stealing and I am not certain that any nation thinks that is acceptable.

Now, to relate that here to America, some of these illegals come into the country to break the law. Coming to America illegally is breaking the law. Right off the bat they are not in good standing. As such, they should not receive benefits, aid or a pass because they are here illegally. If I were in a country and could not provide papers as to the reason for my visit or that I was there illegally, then I would expect to be punished to the extent of that nations laws. Illegals coming to America are not ignorant of our laws, they are intentionally subverting them because there is no harsh or criminal implications when caught. Deporting one so they can reattempt 50 more times to enter America again is not a viable system. Instead, America rewards them and says you should have due process for some odd reason. Why? This would be equivalent of telling the person in your example that they are allowed to roll back time one hour and rethink whether or not they want to steal. Absolutely absurd. 

Until there are stiffer penalties of trying to go to America illegally, then this will never subside. You can try and control it as much as you want, but these other countries teach their people on how to come to America illegally and how to work our system financially. The entire system is just that, a system. They are taught the way of the process and told that even if you are caught and deported, we have methods that we can continue to try until we get you back in the country. And America, welcomes those illegals to jobs, financial aid, healthcare and protection in some areas of the country. And for what purpose? 

This is the kind of sheer stupidity that can have a useful side effect. When someone is so detached from basic reasoning, it forces everyone else on the Court to draw a bright line around what not to do and makes it harder for the other judges to drift in that direction. In that sense, having someone like Jackson on the Court can be helpful as long as she stays the only outlier.  Double her up with another retard and we are all cooked.
