Biden had no business trying to run for re election because he was for sure having mental issues, his family and handlers are too blame for this.  Same exact thing for trump, he has no business being in office.

Personally i think biden was too old when he first ran and the stress of that job, made his mental decline come on even faster then if he wasnt President. This is why my own personal belief is 72 should be cutoff for Presidents, that means if your 69 you cant run because you will be 73 in your last year.

We have a lot of people to pick from between the ages of 35 and 68. all of us see mental decline when we hit 68 and over, no matter how great a shape your in.
