US report is based on University of Pennsylvania ranking of countries. The world would be better off with more friendly neighbors such as Canada. Canada rates favorably in low corruption, good government, quality of life, job market, business, education, human rights, social justice, racial equality, life expectancy, comfortable retirement and raising children.
