Leaks reveal Trump proposes extending Obamacare subsidies.  This would help to enroll more Americans in risk pool to make insurance coverage cheaper per person.  Universal healthcare system only exist if the rich and healthy subsidize the poor and sick.  In the long term, everyone is likely to become sick at some point in their lifetime.  However if republicans continue to oppose subsidies, there might be another government shutdown.  

The asshole in the Oval probably will, declare it to be an all NEW Health Care Plan that he alone is responsible for, and take all credit for it.

Trump doubts NATO would help the US if needed.  He forgot that all members of NATO supported the US after 9/11 attack.  This is the first and only time NATO defended a member country against an attack.  Going to war is worst without allies.

 NOTE: No, annexing a NATO country is NOT needed for national security, as both Denmark and Greenland have an agreement long since in place which allows the US to erect multiple US bases on the island.  That is sufficient to forestall any alleged thought of Russia or China desiring to attack the NATO country and occupy Greenland.  These facts have already been made clear to the trump regime multiple times.  In fact, just the fact that Greenland is part of the NATO alliance - backed by the US - is enough to forestall any foreign aggression.
