Lawsuits are expensive and a waste of money even if you win.
Notice I also said that there may be some threat of physical harm, which if you've been paying attention wouldn't be the first person that has been threatened. I can provide proof.

If cost is a factor for him, which i doubt as he's made lots off of blind followers like you, he could start a fund raiser on his site and I'm sure he'd find plenty of his "believers" would pony up.
As for your "proof" of physical harm, I just wasted 19 minutes of my life watching that joke of a video, everything he said and showed on those so called text chats mean absolutly nothing, those texts can be easily faked and as for his phone convo, it's just what he's saying, very one sided, no proof he's telling truth or lies, nothing in that video would stand up in the courts. If you're gonna provide proof please provide reputable proof.

Much of this is based on circumstantial stuff and very odd things found in Podesta's emails or leaks from NYPD on Anthony Weiners computer.
Alex would have to be a complete fool to go to court based on hearsay and coded language in emails.
It's much easier to just back off and let things play out.
Ok Ryan could be making that up OR he could be telling the truth.
I'm not telling you what to believe I'm just saying make your decisions based on as much info as possible.
