I watched the Obama(s) speech and it was very impressive, unifying and not at all partisan. There is a very very strong contrast between Obama and Trump and the way they lead, inspire, direct, the way each feel about the opposition and the path of how we should be as a society. No question Obama is a large multiple of a higher intelligence and inspiration as a speaker than Trump or really any of the TNC speakers at their convention.

His endorsement certainly gives pause to old school republicans and there are still plenty of those around. In an extremely tight election, even a handful of swayed votes could be the difference.
