It always amazes me how young so many players are these days. I always sort of automatically assume people are near my age...I've always done it, I assume most do. Not that you all care or it matters but I'm 40 and have been playing for almost 20 years now......it's scary getting old!!

My previous post was meant with no disrespect towards anyone.....unless of course I directed it at myself.  Have fun playing and remember, it's just cards, don't ever take it too seriously.

next time you want to rip me apart on my play make sure you can sit down at the same table as me money wise chump.  you come across as this hard up player and you post something from a nickel and dime game, a game i would play with family at a reunion.

I wonder how it feels to have someone probably half your age talking down to you? Its pretty sad that you would even think to take a shot at me because you are probably one of the worst players ive read of in this forum. I think every time i post, i lose a little bit of ground in my poker game. Just because I cant afford to give away thousands a week at 5/10, because i certainly dont hear of you winning, doesnt mean i am any less of a player.

 

Also, what makes you think just because i was playing .5/1, it automatically means that i cant afford anything else, .5/1 is the lowest i play, ive played every limit with in some sort of reason, ranging from .01/.02 all the way up to 20/40. Maybe you can sneak me into your next game so i can show you what a real poker player looks like. Its a sad day when the supposedly "bigger" man has to try to make himself feel better by talking down to a minor, but still gets shown up. Really the worst part is that i get so much more respect than you playing in a .5/1 game than anything you say you play.

and you know what is the worst, you are so fucking ignorant its ridiculous. Maybe your parents gave you money every single time you asked and you did your chores and shit but thats not how it goes for me. I do what my parents ask just because i live in the house and i only get money from playing poker. If i want to get a steady income, i have to get a job, but i am good enough at poker that i dont need to. I never get money from my parents, so fuck you, you may have been spoiled but im not.

i told you i was just joking with you.  i looks like you were pissed at what i said all night last night cause the posts are about 4 hours apart.  if you're gonna get rattled this bad at some comments,  it seems like you can get on tilt easily.  doesn't anyone ever talk trash to you at the table to get you off your game. 

 

a word of advise, take it or leave it.  you need steady income to make it in the world and poker will never be one.  its too much a grind and even the best players run bad more often than you hear about.  like i said, i was just joking around with you.  maybe you play more online poker than in real life, but don't let trash talk get you rattled.

 

maybe if you weren't so judgemental when you come into my threads than maybe i wouldn't take stabs at yours.  its all in good fun, don't take it personal

no i just got off the computer then came back and had more to say.

 

I dont get on tilt at all when i play, and chatter doesnt bother me either. The games i play in, the "trash talking" with intent on getting a player on tilt doesnt take shots at what stakes the player is playing at or whether his mom and dad give him money. That is a personal shot at me which is offensive, and outside of a poker table, ya im gonna get pissed at it. At a poker table i wont have a problem, after all i will be the one at the end of the game, not you. I am yet to see one of the top level, best of the best players who verbally abuse people.

 

Maybe i misunderstood your last comment but i thought it came off as sarcastic, which was the reasoning behind my hostile response.
