THinking about headin to Winstar

Any one been in a while? Usually pretty busy all day in the card room. Problem is players usually better during week day.

lost 100. Was up a good bit. Had QQ 1st to act after flop 2 way. flop comes 2-8-10. I go all in as there were 2 clubs. He calls. Had JQ and u guessed it rivers a 9. Cost me 1k

when i was up there last (during the week) the game was very tight and everyone seemed like a regular. how were the tables?

You can tell who the good players are right when you sit down. And yes it seems to be a lot of regulars. Best time to get away from that is weekends. 

love winstar, been playing there for years and when it was in the old room.

I usually play 1-2 there just because its a lot of idiots. I used to go to Choctaw as well. Same deal there. Better players play 2-5.  If O had the patience/discipline I could go there and make $150 a day at 1-2. You make a had and you will get paid off. People there think top pair is a premium.
