They have fantastic customer service, usually no issues whatsoever. However, of all the major sites, they are one of my least favorite. I feel like the other sites have better software, game selection, and most important for me, better tournament structures.

i hate that shit site dont bother when u cashout u get a check that wont be cashed anywhere its terrible i have a $750 check sitting at my house right now no check cashing place will cash it and most banks wont take it either THAT SITE IS TERRIBLE

Requested a payout from them about 2 weeks ago and had it in the mail withing a very reasonable amount of time from the requested date. I don't know exactly how long it took because I was out of town but it was quick.

I did not have any problems cashing it what so ever.

Hmmm, I have never had any trouble cashing any checks from PokerStars, nor have I had any trouble with wire transfers. You just have to cash it at a bank.

Pokerstars was great with me, check at my house in two days, and cashed by bank quickly.  That being said the bank could&#x27;ve put a 15 business day hold on the check because it&#x27;s out of drawn from out the country, but I have a good relationship with my bank.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;I prefer Full Tilt personally but nothing bad happen at Stars
