there is quite a lot of theories about bots, and i would have to say it is very possible.. i mean, you gotta admit there is some seriously amazing software writers out there.
 
but what i want to now is why you are playing 70k hands and 1000/500 blinds if you consider yourself an average player at best.

My favorite part of the story is that this guy is blaming the dude who called with aces.  Anyone in their right mind would call with aces when the board is 8 10 10.

...And why does the amount that I lost have anything to do with anything else. You have no clue what 70K is to me. It could be a years pay, it could be a month's, it could be a week's. So stop putting it on your own little scale like it's the craziest thing you've ever heard.
 
There's stories all over covers that exemplify very unrealistic or unlikely scenarios. You can probably spend all day trying to convince the majority of covers users that online poker is legit.
 
...And if it's not, I would conclude that it is very common parctice for players to communicate with eachother while playing at a table to increase their odds and take down another player.
 
If you can't tell I'm switching subjects a bit, because I realize that you don't know anything about this one specific beat I experienced and you're comments regarding it are for the most part irrelevant.

Thx for one of the only intelligent responses on this subject. I admit that playing in this game was not the best of ideas, but like I said earlier, I was just gunna play a few flops to see if I could catch a killer hand and clean-up on it. I observed the table for a bit and people were rarely rasing pre-flop and I felt comfortable sitting down.
 
When I flopped quads, I went-all in becasue I just wanted to collect and leave. there was a ton of cah in there and I didn't want to take any chances knowing for sure that I was about 99.25% to win at this point

 I'm pertty sure some people belive and respect me. I'm done talking about this one poker hand and how it's likely that I got scammed. I probably willjust lay off the online poker form now on. Although I'm new to covers and spend 1/100th of the time guys do on thid site, I'm here for capping (to give and take advice).

Steelers have only covered a -7  7/18 times this season. They've pushed 7 twice.
 
Cards have covered +7 12/18 times and pushed 7 once.
 
I think the Steelers win this game, but it may be a close one. Is -7 a god bet??? I'm thinking the -3.5 (-160) is the best wager out there!
 
*** Yes, I know the Steelers schedule is a bit more difficult, but you gotta wonder if Pitt's offense has a high probablitly of putting up the pts to cover by a full TD. AZ will score 17+ for sure

There's one minor error in that write-up that I correct later in my post. Perhaps you catch it, maybe not.
