How Can You Not Win With Quad Jacks??

My friend is playing a no limit game, has Pocket Jacks, and the flop comes J J A, one player goes all in, my friend calls of course, the turn is a 6, river a duece, the suits are irrelevant as there is no straight fklush possible, and my friend cannot drag the pot. How  can this happen?

The only thing to beat quads is straight flush ,and since there was not one, he should have one.  He got screwed.  How could no one else at table not see this?

Yeah the quad Jacks was the stone cold nuts, but he couldn't win the the pot.

where 2 of the jacks the same suit? like too many cards in the deck or a double from another deck.

There you go spoon, there were 5 Jacks in the deck, the deck was brand new and the dealer didn't check carefully. The other guy had A J, so he flopped a full house, and had reason to believe he had the best hand. The guy with quads thought the other guy had A A for a full house, and when he flipped over the AJ he shit his pants, no action on the hand. misdeal.

stupid thread

wow

Somewhere there's a deck missing a jack.

Where the heck was your friend playing?  All the casinos I've been to, they fan out brand new decks in front of the table for everyone to see and the dealer checks to make sure its a proper deck..
