I'm sure somebody's had a post like this before, but I thought it'd be fun.
I got a straight flush in a game with some buddies 2 years ago...felt pretty good.
Another time I was playing with some friends who hadn't played poker before, i had 4 aces with the river card still to come...i was playing my bud for all he was worth until my other noob friend informed him to show his cards (they both thought the round was over) i was pissed, missed out on a big raise at the end...guess that's what I get for being greedy with some guys who don't even know how to play haha

5000 dollar pot was my biggest profit hand. Doing well in a 5-10 nl game, up about 1k with 500 max buy in 1600 in front of me. Tight player raises 60 dollars in first position (1010-qq right). The first 6 players call and I got pocket fours. ok let see if I hit my set. Everyone else calls b/c of pot odds. Flop 4 6 2 (two clubs). Raiser makes it 300 (obvious over pair), next person makes it 800 (he is loose as hell). I think for a few minutes and decide to go all in. Guy behind me immediately calls (damn i think) and guy who raised looks at me and says sorry Matt. Turns over suited 35. Other guy has nut flush draw (deep pockets too, lol). River 6. Got lucky there
