A friend of mine was dealing this hand, a drunk guy buys in for $2000 in a 6-12 game. The hand is capped before the flop, the drunk guy has 3-5 offsuit, a guy named Oscar has pocket 4's. The flop is 4-2-2, rainbow, and there is a lot of raising, finally Oscar, with the full house says, we're heads up, why don't we just go all in. Oscar has about $900 left and the drunk guy has him covered and has an open ended straight draw, so he calls the all-in. (this is a limit game but with it being heads up both agreed to go all in). On the turn, the dealer turns over a deuce, on the river, a deuce.
The board reads 4-2-2-2-2
So the winner is, 4 deuces with a 5 kicker, the drunk guy wins the whole pot and he didn't even know how or why he won. That's a bad beat!

This story sounds suspiciously like Doyle's story in SuperSystem, only his was a story from the WSOP where a guy with JJ vs AK went all in preflop, and the board read J-3-3-3-3
You sure you didn't plagiarize Godfather??

I'm sure it happened as I know the dealer and the guy that had pocket 4's. Another beatdown that I saw, 3 players were all-in with a flop of Q-6-6, one guys had Q Q, one A A, and one punk had 7 7. The guy with 7 7 goes all -in, the A A calls, and the Q Q calls and really likes his hand. The turn is a 7 and the punk says I was kinda bluffing but now I have you guys and turns over his 7's. The guy with the Queens says you don't have shit and turns over his Queens, but the river is a 7, and the punk takes the pot. This is about a 1000:1 CHANCE to happen so it does happen.
