You know this pains me, but I strongly disagree.

Austin had no money on these games. True gamblers don't go out of their way to rub losses in the faces of others.

My guess is something else is going on in his life that has him so angry, and constantly talking about homosexuality. I would not be surprised if he was in some kind of incestuous relationship with his father.
