Bynum was if foul trouble early his defense was not all that good. He was schooled by Yao. On offense he still managed to go 5-10 from the field and scored 10 points in 15 minutes of playing time. The coaches will have him ready and focus for the next game. I still expect a very close game and the Lakers to come out on top.

This game and the Lakers success is going to come down to Kobe and Phil or Phil and Kobe or whatever you wan't to call it. If the Lakers and Kobe comit to defense and Kobe plays unselfish then the Lakers will win in 5. 31 points on 31 shots like Kobe had in game one is not going to get it done. They need to play their athletes ( BYNUM, ARIZA, BROWN, FARMAR, ODOM ) and run this GO**D AM team out of the gym. If Bynum can't run then don't play him. Go smaller. It's not like Houston is that big of a team. Bother Ming and make him beat you ( KOBE are you listening ). The question is though can Jackson see this and will he properly implement the right personnel. Farmar hits a huge 3 and the end of 3 in game one and you don't see him again. WTF. Makes no sense to me. Has Jackson smoked himself retarted?? As for a side tonight I am loving Scando ( Orlando ) plus the 4. Dwight Howard is a GO*AM beast and he completely changes the game. Alston matches up well with Rondo and Lewis with Peirce IMO. No KG and Howard pisses all over this team. GO LAKERS.. I don't like betting on my team, but if I had to I would probably take the UNDER again. Lakers lines are inflated but tonight I think they are on a mission. DEFENSE KOBE DEFENSE.

Sadly, Bryant has one of the lowest basketball IQs of anybody in the NBA and it is a testament to Phil Jackson's coaching ability and the talent on the team that the fakers have the record that they have.
It's easier to slow a game down than it is to speed it up and Houston has the ability to keep the scoring low. Fans want to look at the regular season and predict what will happen in the playoffs but that is not always the best indicator.
The Rockets have traditionally matched up well with the fakers but Jeff Van Blundy was the coach. Rick Adelman is a much better coach and knows what it takes to help get the team over the hump.
Should be a good game as long as Bryant doesnt try to "take over" because we all know that rarely works.

KOBE WILL NEVER WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP WITHOUT A BIG MAN. he is selfish and wants everything to run through him. i want him to ball hog it again so rockets can win. let the man shooot 30 something times a game. its better for rockets anyway. i learned my lesson last year betting on lakers almost everygame against celtics and got my ass beat. good luck laker backers its gonna be a long series for u guys

The Lakers shot 2-19 from 3 and 12-19 from the foul line. They had 18 points in the first quarter. And barely lost the game. You better beleive they are going to come out and perform better tonight. This still is the same Laker team that won 65 games this year and has more talent top to bottom than any other team in the league. They are going to play some NI**G**R ball tonight and piss all over your slow cracker Texas team. Just talking shit.. :)
