LA Lakers @ Phoenix Suns -10 Total 218


Interesting stat -

The LA Lakers are 1-9 SU (The win against the Washington Wizards back in February) and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games when Bryant takes 23 or more field goal attempts in games against teams currently in the playoffs.  I guess westcoasttrojan was right after all.  The more he shoots it, the more successful they are because 1-9 against playoff teams (including 9 straight losses when having 23 or more field goal attempts against playoff teams) is definitely showing scoring dominance.

Tonight's matchup -

Seattle Super Sonics @ LA Lakers -11 Total - 209.5

Same sob story out of Laker land.  Bryant shoots the team out of the game.  The rest of the team brings the Lakers back into the game and Bryant shoots them out of the game down the stretch.

Projected outcomes:

Nothing changes - Bryant goes for the shots with reckless abandon against the 2nd worse team in the conference trying to pad his scoring stats (because he cant do it against playoff teams) Idiot fans and the media claim “Bryant must score in order for the team to win” yet they’ve dropped the last 10 against legit teams when he shoots it.

Or the Lakers could play team ball like they did against Sacramento and win by 20+

Let’s watch and see what happens.

How could anyone hate a player that single handidly gives the opposition, not only the chance to cover the spread but WIN games night in and night out?  Like I told basketball marks like you, abcs, BetCrimes, and tangerinelime before I made this thread about the guaranteed ATS losing streak that was going to follow, Bryant doesnt get it done when it matters because his style of play just doesnt work.  Just hope you guys didnt lose too much of your life savings on them.

Wow... Another game.  Another non cover for the Lakers.

I've been running this thread for the last 3.5 weeks and the Lakers have covered only 4 times out of 17 attempts.  No excuse for anyone to lose money on the most fraudulent team in basketball yet people are still in denial.

Hopefully most guys got the push with the +11.

Covering the spread has nothing to do with it.  As I said earlier in the thread, when Bryant goes for the shots, the chances of the other team keeping the game close increases drastically and a spread other than (pk) would be damn near impossible for the Lakers to cover.  Not a surprise the Lakers were beating up on teams when the shots were kept to a minimum.

Nothing like predicting the future.  Talk about financial forecasting.  Too bad you're  too much of a homer to have rode the FADE train.  Next stop, Sacramento
