Sad to say but the FADE train is on pace to post under 60% for the first time EVER.
As far as your post, unlike you and the STANS, I always bump the thread when I see the game.
Last night's game showed what happens when the LAKERS play (all but the 4th qt)
As far as Fakers' hating... I will reiterate that I'm the only real LAKERS fan on this forum.
Who is the only person that started a thread to promote the Lakers when they play TEAM basketball?
Who is the only person that showed that without the Lakers REAL MVP (Lamar Odom) they have posted the 2nd worst winning percentage out of any NBA Team in the last 5 years missing a key player... Only a .350 team without Odom (18-33). The worst team is Boston without Paul Pierce.
The only problem I have with the Fakers is the the same problem I will always have and that's the team will never play to it's potential as long as Bryant is on the team.
Oh and funny thing is that if it wasn't for Bryant's poor play in the clutch again (which he is known for) it wouldn't have even been close. LOL @ how Bryant single handidly kept the Spurs in the game in the 4th quarter. 1-8 FGA in the last 7 minutes including a missed lay-up and an airball with 5 seconds left when he should ran the clock out.
LOL @ making pee wee league mistakes when you are a 12 year veteran.
And is it not a surprise that the Spurs are 0-2 in the WCF when Joey "Tax Fraud" Crawford refs the game? Gotta love how he didn't call the foul on Derek Flopper at the end for jumping on Brent Barry's shoulders.
Can't wait for Game 5. It'll be a good one.

Well fellas, the W[orst] conference finals are complete and the FAKERS are the champions. Pretty surprising to me considering the circumstances.
I said before the series started that it was going to be quick (actually 5 games exactly) but had no idea that the FAKERS would be the ones celebrating
I'll give them credit. Despite having the most overrated player in the NBA, the Fakers were able to beat up on the SpEuros (well Tim Duncan and Brent Barry).
I knew before the series that the Fakers had the huge coaching advantage (sorry but Phil Jackson is the best coach in NBA History) but that's about it the only significant advantage I saw other than the Fakers having the BEST bench in the NBA (despite reports from the Bryant fans that the bench had no talent)
Now on to the Finals.
Top offensive team vs. Top defensive team. Look at history and you'll see how these matchups fare. Looks to be another short series in my opinion.
Can the FAKERS win the title? Maybe. Phil Jackson could outcoach Doc Rivers in his sleep. The Celtics have the superior starting lineup. The Fakers bench is better. But the key might be individual matchups for the Fakers on D.
Let's see what hustle_man (I mean Fakers coach Tex Winter thinks about the key defensive matchups):
MATCHUP DECISIONS
Jackson has increasingly been playing Lamar Odom at guard and Bryant at small forward, which could help the Lakers' offense because Kevin Garnett would be occupied farther from the paint while guarding Odom.
But even against that alignment in the Lakers' Nov. 23 loss in Boston, Garnett basically played a one-man zone with an eye on Bryant because Odom just floated on the perimeter.
Odom has since improved in moving without the ball, but he said it will be daunting for him at the other end against Garnett.
"You've got to double-team him," Odom said of Garnett. "He's awesome."
The Lakers likely will start out with Vladimir Radmanovic on Paul Pierce — with Luke Walton, Trevor Ariza and Odom as other options. But if the Lakers want to give Sasha Vujacic extensively playing time once again with the idea that Vujacic can hound Boston sharpshooter Ray Allen the way that he did San Antonio's Manu Ginobili last round, then Bryant will slide to small forward a lot and match up with Pierce.
If it's Pierce, Lakers assistant coach Tex Winter said Bryant has to "stay attached, which is hard for Kobe to do." But Winter also said: "You don't want to put Kobe on Allen. Allen has always been very effective against Kobe. Kobe just won't pay enough attention to him."
Funny that Fakers Coach Winter - I mean hustle_man - calls Bryant out for his mediocre D once again - check the thread it dates back two years of similiar info - yet he's supposed to be a lock down defender?
Should be an intriguing Finals but IMO, the NBA champion will be from the Eastern conference this year where the top two teams just finished facing off.
