A great post, and accurate one, by King James MB.  It's sad that I still get bashed and don't get any credit for alerting everyone, every year when it's time for the FADE train to get moving.  Yet all I'm faced with is criticism.
 
Last night, you saw what was going to happen from the jump.  The Blazers get the rare quadruple cover (first qt, 1st half, 2nd half, and FULL game)  Not a big shock when Bryant took almost 40% of the team's total shots -
 
2007-2008 FADE train statistics: 

7-9 SU (including 3 +1000 or greater ML hits)

11-5 ATS (including season high 5 straight losses against the spread)

Next stop: vs. LA Clippers

As usual, the "fade train" is derailed and you hear nothing from fucker_man...
 
This is what I don't get...you say the "fade train" is 11-5 (now 11-6 after the Lakers demolished the Clippers covering the 15 point spread), what about the other 62 games this season? Does the "fade train" only apply when you say it does or what?

That's funny because those are almost LeBron's averages. 30 8 7 2 stls 1 block on 48 % shooting...ALL YEAR.

Your man Kobe plays WORSE in the East, in more minutes per game.

As for LeBron, Cavs were without him for 6 games, and lost all 6 including 2 in the West.

Cavs are 17-13 vs the West this year when LeBron plays. Not to mention they had 4 starters out at different times this year.
