I know Koaj wont like this but I would be ok repealing the DIVI exemption.
I know corporate entities are taxed already, but if that is the requirement then why arent moneymarket funds tax free? The money comes from the bank just like dividends do, I know there is a technicality that could be used that MM rates are guaranteed blah blah but it comes from the same source, which is the bank or financial institution, and that establishment is taxed.
I think repealing the divi exemption would be just fine.
