I will let you decide on the lines & how we have to pick, I'm fine with whatever
As far as a reputable third party, we just need to find a book to do it
No need for a contract by an attorney bro, you post the terms & we can both send our money to whatever reputable book you choose
Don't want any confusion so you can decide how we use lines & what book we use to hold the wager
I will send the money as soon as you tell me where
My only terms are that we post our picks for the forum to follow
