I played it under 46.5 when I heard Hall would be QBing the Vikings. Would it be worth playing the new total over 42.5? I don't think so, but I might put half a bet on it. I've never middled a total before. Let's try it.

In 2012, Goodell testified that sports betting in New Jersey "threatens to damage irreparably the integrity of, and confidence in, NFL football." He further testified that it would"engender suspicion and cynicism toward every on-the-field NFL event..." Well, whether or not you believe that some games are rigged, for once Goodell was right. The optics of viewers being bombarded by gambling promotions, combined with suspiciously incompetent officiating, are hard to ignore. Very few gamblers I know believe that no NFL games are rigged. And, history tells us that an officiating scandal is inevitable, as are rumors that the Disney/ABC/ESPN conglomerate cares more about "entertainment" than integrity. The people who populate this site have probably watched a lot of football this year. Think about whether the Dallas/Detroit officiating atrocity was an aberration, or just more of the same.

OK so I middled a total. My gambling bucket list is now complete. More importantly next week :
What a conundrum the Bills are in. Win and they clinch the AFC East, the #2 seed and a first round bye. Lose and they could miss the playoffs entirely if both Jacksonville and Pittsburgh win (both are favored). What a crazy range of potential outcomes riding on just one game.
Playoffs really begin in Indy between the Colts and Texicans. Colts are in a win and in, lose and go home situation. If Houston wins they'd eliminate Indy but still need a loss from either Jax or Pittsburgh.
TB is also in a one game playoff scenario. Beat Carolina and they're in. Lose, and they'd give up that playoff spot to the Falcons/Saints winner.

Good Morning Boys. Didn't see the ball drop but haven't in years anyway. Opened my one account that had my NFC East Dallas wager and they offered me a cashout of 3 times my wager and would like to keep a tad for themselves, the half unit, 150$. Always have been of the mind when money is on the floor pick it up. Saw Dallas as a huge road favourite to close the deal but shit happens. Will decide by lunch.
