New to this website but love betting sports and love talking about this kind of stuff. I'll tell you why people like the Cards. They have to have a "win or go home" mentality for this one. Things have been turning for the Cards and this is a huge game for them. Give me 7 points and in front of the Red Sea I'll take it. San Fran wins this one by 4

Lawson you've got this one spot on. Cards are going to try and run the ball with william powell or Stephens-Howling 
... They will have no run game to develop which will lead to Skelton throwing behind a D-2 line which will result in a minimum 4 sacks....

Completely different situations,
The Bears and Packers were both coming off games of strong play, those are situations where teams often become complacecent.
The 49ers were coming off games of strong play "prior" to the Giants game, but are now coming off games of weak play.
When a team as strong as the 49ers with a very solid coaching staff comes off games of weak play they will put in much more focus and intensity to right the ship and more than not they will right the ship.............................

I'm with ya LJ. Lets remember, last year niners were up 19-7 when Arizona made that miraculous come back. Niners are built to keep a lead if you don't believe me check this years games out. LIGHTING AINT STRIKING TWICE! Both loses this year were when gore and the run game was stopped and they fell behind early. This game won't be on Alex smiths shoulders. Cards are ranked 27th in run D giving up 120yds a game. Niners have not lost this year when running for over 100yds. Matter of fact, when rushing for over 100yds, they covered all games except the seattle game that sf declined to take the safety.

3. Skelton is 6-0 at home as a starter, including last year's win over the 49ers in which he had a career-best 106.5 rating.
